Blue Mountain Vineyard - Pinot & Truffles – Friday, October 1, 2010
Join the Mavety family and chef Thomas Render of the Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa for an evening of pinots and truffles. Blue Mountain vineyards has been growing grapes since 1971 and has been producing wine since 1991. Highly awarded and highly regarded, Blue Mountain produces some of the finest (and hardest-to-find) wine in Canada from sparkling rosé to reserve pinot noir. Chef Render will prepare a six-course meal of amazing food incorporating “truffles” - types of locally wild-foraged mushrooms to European aromatic truffles to house-made chocolate confections. $119

Joie Farm Winery - 100% Okanagan Dinner – Saturday, October 2, 2010
Join Naramatians Heidi Noble and Michael Dinn as they pair with Chef Thomas Render of the Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa for an evening featuring 100% Okanagan produce. Joie Farm Winery has become the standard bearer for a new wave of young, vibrant Okanagan winemakers. A burgeoning Farm-gate winery since 2002, Joie Farm has become one of the Okanagan’s most awarded wineries (winning an unprecedented two Lieutenant Governor’s awards in 2009). Taking a page from Noble’s Menus from an Orchard Table, chef Render will cook a six-course meal exclusively with Okanagan produce including much from the Inn’s own garden. $119

La Frenz Winery - Jeff's 40th Vintage Celebration – Friday, October 8, 2010
Join winemaker Jeff Martin and chef Thomas Render of the Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa for a six-course meal of La Frenz Wines and classic Naramata Bench food. Celebrating owner/winemaker Jeff Martin’s 40th vintage (!), chef Render will pair La Frenz wines with dishes from each of Martin’s winemaking decades. Disco and bell-bottoms not included. La Frenz winery is one of Canada’s most venerated wineries. Jeff is dedicated to producing some totally unique wine styles. His talent is widely recognized and he is a regular judge at international wine shows. $119

Kettle Valley Winery - Bob & Tim vs. The World! – Saturday, October 9, 2010
Join winemakers Bob Ferguson & Tim Watts and Chef Thomas Render of the Naramata Heritage Inn & Spa for a six-course meal paired with Kettle Valley Winery wines and international wines. Bob and Tim will talk about their own wines and wines from around the world that inspire/compare/contrast with the wines of Kettle Valley. Chef Render will prepare dishes with the regional harvest and international ingredients. Kettle Valley lies at the heart of the Naramata Bench and is dedicated to locally-sourced and estate fruit.
