A deposit of the first night's stay plus taxes is required 14 days prior to the arrival date.

If the reservation is cancelled within 3-14 days of the arrival date, 50% of the deposit is refunded and 50% is non-refundable.
If a reservation is cancelled within 2 days (48 hours) of the arrival date, the entire deposit is non refundable.

Changes to the reservation can be made at no charge up to 14 days prior to arrival.
