The Chef
We are delighted to introduce Chef Yoann Therer, the new Culinary Director at Naramata Inn. Hailing from Montreal, Yoann’s culinary journey has taken him from his family’s kitchen to leading some of Canada’s most celebrated restaurants, including Araxi in Whistler and L’Abattoir in Vancouver, where he gained a reputation for innovation and artistry. His accolades include being named one of the Globe and Mail’s “Young Chefs to Watch” and reaching the finals three times in the renowned San Pellegrino Young Chef Competition.
At Naramata Inn, Chef Yoann is redefining the Okanagan’s gastronomic landscape with a fresh vision that marries tradition with contemporary innovation. Expect a menu that celebrates local flavours through pioneering techniques, purveyor exclusivity, and a passion for creativity, offering a taste of Canadian wine country like no other.
Join us at Naramata Inn to experience Chef Yoann’s culinary artistry firsthand, where each dish is a celebration of flavour and the spirit of the Okanagan.
