We are just over a week away until our guest chef dinner with Michael Robbins of AnnaLena Restaurant (and there’s a few spots left)!

On Thursday, October 28 from 6:30pm to 9pm, Chef Michael Robbins from Vancouver’s acclaimed @AnnaLenayvr, @Hundyyvr and @TheirThereyvr restaurants will join forces with @NedBell and the Naramata Inn team for a tasty evening of collaboration. The menu will bring together international influences and locally-sourced ingredients for a truly modern take on Canadian cuisine. Dinner features six-courses paired with wines selected by our Wine Director, Emily Walker and is priced at $145 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Join Wine Director Emily Walker, Chef de Cuisine Minette Lotz and special guest Alyssa Hubert of Creek & Gully Cider and @lstprojects to explore one of Mother Nature’s most mysterious magical tricks. Dig deeper into the 10,000-year-old discovery that yeast breaks down the natural sugars in fruit, grains and malt to make… alcohol.

This intimate Pecking Hour invites guests to leisurely sip and taste while learning how the length of ferment and types of yeast impact the finished product from wine to food to ciders. Minette will carry the fermentation conversation over to the culinary side, speaking to vinegars, breads and cheeses while guests sample a variety of fermented foods paired to enjoy with wine and cider.

Keep the fun going by adding on a dinner reservation where some special @creekandgully ciders will also be on offer later in the evening. Make a reservation for 3:45pm on November 19 to book your seat (link in bio). $45 per person, plus tax.
