BC WHISKY FLIGHT
Legend Distilling, Naramata
This four barrel blend is distilled from 75% unmalted BC wheat and 25% BC rye. An extremely limited release from Legend Distilling. This whisky was aged for 6 years in a combination of wine and cherry port barrels. Spicy notes from the rye complement the rich and sweet aromas of caramel, brown sugar and toasted walnuts. Hints of cherry on the finish.
Devine Distilley, Saanich
This “Alt Whisky” is distilled from BC barley, spelt, emmer, khorosan and einkorn-the ancestors of all modern grains and then matured in brand new american oak quarter-casks. Multi award winning, including Spirit of the Year at the Canadian Artisan Spirits Competition 2022. Notes of candied fruit and macadamia nuts combine with spicy notes of clove, allspice and smoke.

Brewed and distilled using 100% BC grown malted barley and distilled with a traditional copper pot and column still, our Canadian Single Malt Whisky is aged a minimum of three years in Bourbon casks. Aromas of pear, milk chocolate and vanilla with viscous and round texture.
