After a recharging winter’s roost, we are ready for the 2022 season! How about you?
Executive Chef Ned Bell, Chef de Cuisine Stacy Johnson and the culinary team will launch seasonal, sustainable. and hyper-local menus starting tomorrow – Wednesday, March 16. The Inn has enjoyed some updates and our elegant centenarian will be opening her doors to overnight guests on March 16 as well. We are delighted that so many visitors have already booked their 2022 stay with us as nearly 50% of our rooms are already booked!
Early in the season, the Inn and Restaurant will be operating five days week from Wednesday through Sunday. Dinner will be offered all five days from 5pm to 8:30pm and lunch is available from Friday through Sunday from 11:30am to 2pm. The Restaurant at Naramata Inn
The Restaurant at Naramata Inn is a next-level, hyper-local dining experience. We are celebrating the return of spring with seasonal and sustainable menus. Wine Director Emily Walker continues to work her magic by inviting guests to explore the region’s incredible sips in a thoughtful curation that Western Living magazine called “a wine list like no other“.
Dinner – March 16
Diners can look forward to outstanding culinary experiences, warm Okanagan hospitality, and a true commitment to local artisanship. From produce to proteins, the menus are built around availability from the best local growers and producers in the region. Menu highlights include Overwintered Carrots (think extra sweet), Duck and Quince Tart, Dry Aged Fraser Valley Duck, Salt Spring Island Mussel Chowder, First of the Season Wild Pacific Halibut, Little Cedar Falls Steelhead, Pacific Scallops, and a rich and creamy plant-forward dish, Escaoutoun, our twist on a French version of polenta. Pastry Chef Liz brings her impressive global experience to the table with divine desserts including Dark Chocolate and Hazelnut Pavé, Salted Caramel Éclair, and Whipped Naramata Maple Squash Cheesecake. Dinner is available Wednesday through Sunday from 5pm to 8:30pm, and reservations for the entire 2022 season are now available to be booked online.
Lunch – March 18
Lunch time at Naramata Inn will feature the best in harvest salads, seasonal twists on comforting favourites, and cheese + charcuterie boards. An extensive by-the-glass wine list highlighting some of the most interesting pours from the Naramata Bench and Okanagan Valley will also be on offer. Lunch service is available three days a week starting on Friday, March 18 from11:30am to 2pm. Diners will enjoy Pacific Scallops & Crispy Pork Belly, House-made Grass Fed Beef Burger and Fraser Valley Duck Leg Confit. Save the Date: Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver Alumni Wine + Dine – Saturday, April 23
What do you get when you cross half a dozen food and wine experts from one legendary hotel with a gorgeous, food-driven Inn in wine country? One heck of a special, multi-course dinner with wine pairings to launch 2022’s special event series and to celebrate Earth Day.
The seven-course dinner is priced at $175 for a limited number of seats, this one-night-only culinary collaboration is going to be good. The Earth Day theme is a nod to YEW seafood + bar’s annual event, one that invited guests to slow down, take a beat and appreciate all our planet offers us.
