In June, sustainably minded Chef Ned Bell, his wife Kate Colley and two partners opened the Naramata Inn, just outside of Penticton. They’d planned out every detail for the spruced-up 1908 building on the eastern shore of Okanagan Lake, but obviously foresaw the arrival of Covid-19.
