We’ll Drink to That!

The full dining experience is not complete without something exciting and delicious in your glass. Wine Director Emily Walker has been busy stocking our cellar with vinous delights sure to add that extra sparkle.

“When I think about holiday wines, I think of the classics – Sancerre, Chablis, Champagne, Burgundy. We continue to celebrate local every day, but we also love to add a bit of splash with our carefully curated collection of international treasures, especially this time of year,” shares Emily. “Just a few of our newly arrived gems include a gorgeous single vineyard Meursault from Domaine Chavy-Chouet, an old vines Chablis from one of the region’s most celebrated and respected producers; Domaine Roland Lavantureux and the holidays would not be complete without Champagne, and none other than Bollinger ‘La Grande Année 2014’ loved for its elegance, intensity and minerality.”
